So, this is the problem I'm having....

As is probably clear, I (and my KID, for godssakes!) lost a SHITLOAD of stuff.  Essentials - beds, linens, clothes, a couch, coats, toys (20 + years worth, some valuable, some sentimental, all useful), due to LifeStorage's negligence and irresponsibility in not exterminating its Rogers Park facility for rodents (per their own Orkin Guy - AND THERE IS STILL RODENT SHIT THERE!). Now, this in no way represents millions, or even six figures although I am pretty pissed off and put out, so I'd seek as much as possible in punitive damages (please note this, LifeStorage Troll, and pass it on). But for me, it IS thousands, which represents a lot of money, especially now. 

LifeStorage and /or its principals HAVE OFFERED NOTHING.  NADA.  ZIP!  They in fact refused to admit fault, like big boys, like ethical responsible adults and business owners, yet ran out and bought several MILLION dollars in property VERY recently. To open stores, to increase their business and income, AND they're all touchy feely warm 'n' fuzzy and hip--or AT LEAST THE PR(web) PEEPS THEY PAY to put that bullshit out want you to think they are. Trust me, it is a load of rat crap.

Compounded by the fact that they, in reality, have been unprofessional, rude, snide and flat-assed dishonest. I bitched for months, they said they'd handle it, they fired everybody at the local at the time (like they sign the contracts for the exterminators?), lied about what they were doing and lied about the contents of my unit, trying to pass the blame on me, That African Lady, the residents tenants, the "old" exterminator or ANYBODY ELSE, and let Idiot Fred sit on his ass and sneer (although sometime he snipped my lock and planted--childishly--a banana peel).

Some businesses don't deserve to grow. And they'll lie to you, too, dear reader.

So, these two guys, +Jean Jodoin and +Chris Barry (and their merry band of flunky bullshitters) spend insane amounts of money to make their penises seem bigger and their bank accounts GET bigger, but refuse to right a wrong THEY INFLICTED on a woman and her child OR exterminate THEIR OWN PROPERTY properly to prevent it.

Is this RIGHT? WTF????
